Under the guidance of Wolf Dazian, our company found its early success in costume design.
Dazian expands its footprint by opening a West Coast office and facility in Los Angeles to better serve the growing movie industry.
The introduction of retail costume patterns in 1961 turned Dazian into a national company.
Seeking to add to our capabilities, we added custom sewing services at the very end of the 20th century.
To expand our offerings and better serve our customers, we launched our rental program at the beginning of the new millennium.
To serve a more diverse customer base, we started the Dazian Print Media Division in 2004.
With the aim to continue building our presence in the drapery market, we acquired ShowBiz Drapery in 2008.
Following the acquisition of ShowBiz Drapery, we added installation services in 2008 as a supplemental service offering.
Noticing the rise in popularity of LED lights, we introduced our own line of LED Scenic products for event, show, and set decoration in 2009.
Experiencing strong growth throughout the United States, we further expanded our business and opened a Dazian location in Orlando, Florida.
We introduced RexFrame SEG Frame Rentals, Extrusion Sales, and Custom Fabrications in 2015 to further expand our industry-leading offerings.
In 2016, we were proud and humbled to be inducted into the Set Decorators Society of America Hall of Fame.
We aligned with a strategic partner in Las Vegas in 2018 to provide customers with more access to our growing product inventory.
