Scope of Work 

Fabricating for pop-up concerts and events happens at record speed! The key to creating a
successful and lasting impression is timing, location, experience, and design. The American
Express® Members concert featuring Olivia Rodrigo checked all those boxes and many more!

The Theatre at the historic Ace Hotel in downtown Los Angeles set the stage for one of the
year’s most jaw-dropping surprise performances! Collaborating with Olivia Rodrigo’s team, we
transformed the stage with custom-fabricated curtains that perfectly complemented the venue’s
ornate architecture and Oliva’s vibrant, fun-loving spirit. The stage and curtains were beautifully
lit with a bold pallet of colors that washed over the entire venue, creating an immersive
experience her fans will never forget.
