A Sanitized® Anti-Microbial re-usable Media engineered for non-medical Personal Protection Masks. Scarf gaiter is an innovative dense knit stretch media of 88% Polyester/12% Spandex with an antimicrobial finish. It is designed to be used as both a neck scarf and pull up mask for those who prefer not to carry or take masks on or off. Scarf Gaiter’s lighter weight permits increased air flow for those who have trouble breathing while wearing a facemask. It has been engineered to cushion the face for comfort, while providing a reduced level of filtration. There is a cooling effect on the face from adding a wicking finish to move heat and moisture to the outside of the media. Cools when activated with water to an average of 30 degrees below body temperature for up to 2 hours. Wet thoroughly with water, wring out excess water, snap 3 times to activate cooling mechanism. It is stocked in White, and Black, with other colors available. It is certified for dye sub transfer printing. It is washable and meets the standard AATCC 100 test for anti-microbial protection. |
