Scope of Work 

Installing thousands of feet of rental drapery in the middle of the Las Vegas desert may not be at
the top of many companies' bucket lists. However, when our friends at Revelry Event Designers
commissioned us to help transition the resort into a romantic wedding oasis for their high-profile
client, our California installation team rose to the challenge and tackled it without a sweat!
 

This massive six-day load-in required strategic pre-production and logistic planning to ensure
flawless execution. A crew of 14 of the event industry's most talented and resourceful drapers
was assembled, each with an eye for aesthetic and technical execution. Three dedicated 26-
foot trucks were loaded with nearly 10,000 pounds of pipe and base hardware and over 2,300
linear feet of 20-foot high White NuVoile Rental Drapery. This remains the largest wedding
we’ve ever draped in our company's history.

Fun Facts!

• • The installation crew had only 24 hours to load-out all the drapery and hardware.
  • Due to the amount of drapery needed for the event, some were made on-site at the
    venue as the crew was installing.
