Events Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Events Account Manager with solid project management and
implementation skills. This person will be expected to manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, increase
business with existing clients, and prospect new opportunities. Experience working in Live Events, Event
Design, Production Coordination, Hospitality or Event Rentals will be an asset. An understanding of how
to read floor plans, design renderings, and working on location with multiple vendors is desired. You will

Responsibilities
– Generate revenue by managing and developing accounts.
– Act as a lead point of contact for all assigned accounts.
– Negotiate bids and close agreements to maximize profits.
– Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the
project.
– Collaborate with the Sales Director to identify and grow new opportunities.
– Prepare account status reports.
– Product and service knowledge will be essential to effectively support your clients.
– Mostly local, but some out-of-state traveling will be required.
– Working some weekends and after hours may be required based on the event’s needs.
Qualifications + Skills
– Five years + proven work experience in Sales as an Account Manager and/or Project Manager
– An ambitious self-starter with a growth mindset.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
– Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
– Experience delivering client-focused solutions.

Project Manager | Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced and efficient Project Manager with strong costing, written and
spoken communication skills. Working experience with textiles or overseeing custom-fabricated projects
or finished products will be a strong advantage. This person will be expected to manage multiple
projects at a time and deliver clear accurate estimations in a timely manner. You will collaborate with
clients and internal departments and develop strong relationships with vendors and external partners.
Experience in sourcing materials and reading fabrication/technical drawings is a must. Knowledge of
curtain styles and construction, curtain track, fabric structures and framing systems, and rigging
hardware is a plus. This is a creative and challenging role where you will work on a variety of exciting
high-profile projects. You will join a team of highly motivated professionals, in a supportive, fun, and
positive environment.
Responsibilities
– Analyze plans and documents to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
– Gather information and create fabrication work orders and estimates.
– Preparing project material, labor, and cost estimates.
– Manage all assigned open bids and confirmed orders.
– Present prepared estimates to the direct supervisor and other stakeholders as necessary.
– Communicate with external fabrication partners, contractors, and vendors as needed.
– Immediately report problems/failures that may negatively impact project completion to your direct supervisor.
– Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with each project.
– Attending internal and customer meetings as and when required.
– Coordinate with internal departments as needed.
– Occasional local travel will be required to gather information on projects.
Qualifications + Skills
– Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Exceptional communication and strategic planning skills.
– Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and renderings.
– Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
– Familiarity with working on large projects requiring multiple vendor/contractor involvement.
– Experience working with design programs such as CAD or Vectorworks is a plus.
– 5 years + proven work experience as a Fabrication or Project Estimator required.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
– Proficient in the complete MS Office Suite.
– BS/BA degree in construction or engineering, or related field experience.
