Scope of Work 

You know us for our work in Theatres throughout North America, but this was one for the history
books! We were tasked with creating a truly one-of-a-kind theatrical experience for a brand
activation at E3. This large outdoor movie theatre was created using a combination of rental
products and custom-fabricated pieces. Let’s take a peek into seeing how this was all made
possible…
The interior of the theatre was lined with our 16oz. IFR Rouge Milano® Velvet Plus rental
curtains, which are pre-pleated and deliver superior sound absorption and blackout
performance, and pleasing aesthetics. The ceiling was lined with our Black Evoke™ Deauville
Mesh, which kept the theatre cool and helped diffuse natural light.

The exterior facade was made using our signature Crystal Vector HD Tiles in both Chrome and
White. The tiles were Velcroed to a modular aluminum frame and secured to the skeletal truss
structure. The truss structure entry was masked with a white camouflage canopy and white
Trapeze® Plus truss covers. Printed 3D Celtic Cloth Graphics with RexFrame® SEG Frames
were utilized throughout the event space.

To date, this is the largest outdoor movie theatre ever erected at LA Live.
