An Sanitized Anti-Microbial Reusable Fabric engineered for non-medical Personal Protection Masks. CB Spacer is an innovative stretch fabric of 90% Polyester/10% Spandex with an antimicrobial finish that can be made into a one-piece, or two piece mask design, requiring little to no sewing, that stretches to conform to the face, with integrated earholes to pull around the ears.

CB Spacer’s lighter weight permits increased air flow for those who have trouble breathing while wearing a facemask. It has been engineered to cushion the face for comfort, while providing moderate levels of filtration with no edge curling and fraying. There is a cooling effect on the face from adding a wicking finish to move heat and moisture to the outside of the fabric. Cools when activated with water to an average of 30 degrees below body temperature for up to 2 hours. Wet thoroughly with water, wring out excess water, snap 3 times to activate cooling mechanism. CB Spacer has been designed for laser or dye cutting. It is stocked in White, and Black, with other colors available. It is certified for dye sub transfer printing. It is washable and meets the standard AATCC 100 test for anti-microbial protection.
